Recommended Use & Info: These CNC ported LS1 cylinder heads have enough airflow to produce over 570HP normally aspirated. We focused on stopping the dreaded factory intake high lift turbulance and increasing the airflow without extensively enlarging the runners as they are relatively large from GM standard. Special attention however was paid to the exhaust side of the cylinder head. On our engine dyno with our small STG2 camshaft ( 222@.050 ) our dyno mule motor produced a genuine and impressive 444 Ft/lbs & 481 HP at 6500 RPM. These power figures were produced with a stock EFI Early version LS1 intake and throttle body. With a larger camshaft and better intake 500HP+ would be easily achieved. This same combo has produced 291 KW's on a dyno dynamics chassis dyno with a mafless tune. Customer Feedback To Mick, Theo and the staff at Pavtek, I would like to give a big thanks on the stage2 head and cam package I purchased from you guys which I fitted to a VY SS with an m6 trans. The car made 291kw (rear wheel) on Electronic automotives dyno with the maffless tune. I'm more than happy with the performance and the power delivery is amazing. The next step with the car is to put a much stronger clutch as the new heavy duty clutch I just fitted is frying in 3rd gear due to too much hp.
